you tried using the 5.6 SCL?

Alas SCL is forbidden in EPEL otherwise I'd have switched over to it in
EPEL6 rather than be forced to retire the package.
As a result I can't use it for EPEL7 either and as soon as upstream drop
php5.4 support them I'll need to retire owncloud in EPEL7 as well.
Given both the complexity of the environment (requiring unsupported PHP
versions) and the unrest caused by the owncloud/nextcloud fork, is this
really something that should be pushed through at this time?
