I have built a new package and submitted it to updates-testing that
should resolve these issue, please let me know if you are still having
issues with the new rpm....
I've followed up in the bug too, but the short version is that I was
running appliance-creator with sudo, which ran it without /sbin in the
path. The new RPM works fine under sudo, and the old one works fine from
a proper root shell.
