Neat; does Fedora deal with the -m on useradd? If not, perhaps we could
make the exact useradd arguments configurable in the mock config file
for the target to allow this. Doesn't seem like a bad thing.
Yes. The drawback is that useradd -m also populates the dotfiles from
/etc/skel ino the users's homedir. Not that big a problem.
