I am running 2.6.28-3.fc11.i686 that is quite old for rawhide, but
no
29 series kernel completes booting on this particular system (see Bug
479525 - Kernel doesn't complete booting reported on January 10 and
related comments).
The other system reporting 10.91 is running on latest kernel.
Well, then recreate your initrd, so it contains up-to-date Fedora release
information. (of course, you can skip this step if you examine the files
in your initrd to prove that they are still from 10.90 instead of 10.91)
