I already explained that: it doesn't show groups marked
<uservisible>false</uservisible> . That's exactly what that property is
*for*, defining whether the group should be visible in the yum and
anaconda group lists.
'yum group list hidden' will show all the groups. 'yum group list hidden
ids' or 'yum group list hidden -v' will also show the group 'ids'
(their
identifiers in comps.xml, which are the actual canonical identifiers for
the groups).
