Is there anything specific to test the vsync/tear free video that has
recently been added to radeon - and which hardware it is expected to work
on?
Not really, the tests aren't that granular. If you're familiar with the
issue and how it should look pre- and post- fix, you can do it as part
of the Xv test, I guess.
