Fedora package db web interface is also useful to list all bugs of a
package, perhaps there is a scope of enhacement to let users also run
a search within listed bugs there.

I do just about the same as Adam suggests. Sometimes that
"site:bugzilla.redhat.com" google search is fastest. I also have a few
firefox smart keyword bookmarks setup

I frequently do.
