I may not be understanding how this `testing' stuff is supposed to
work but isn't that version 4.1.21 already replaced by:
up2date-4.3.11-2.1

No. That is FC 1.90 (aka FC 2 development). This up2date and yum "Test
Updates" are for FC 1 as the subject line and download location suggest.
Admittedly, I still think it's a weird idea to post these announcements to
fedora-test-list instead of fedora-list.
