"kedit --help-kde" gives you the solution. It's "--geometry"
(with two
dashes)
You might want to look at kstart also. I've discovered this recently, and
it's pretty useful. "kstart --help" :-)
kedit --geometry 85x30 does nothing whatever. Without showing
syntax the help command is pretty useless. At least the geometry listing.
