Not exactly. Cambridge is the codename for what will be the next version of
Red Hat Linux. Severn is a snapshot(of sorts) of Cambridge, released as a
beta. Severn is and always will be a beta. Cambridge is, and always will be
an internal/external code name for the next Red Hat Linux. The next Red Hat
Linux, in it's final form, will have it's own release name and version
number, both of which are not decided upon as of yet.
