I can confirm that - only using yum though.
I saw it yesterday, and the problem still is there today.
If I run
rpm --checksig /var/cache/yum/development/packages/* | grep -v OK
-there is not a single package that seems broken though - they all
report as OK, and there are 154 rpms in the directory now.
