Can someone tell me if I should be able to create a system using the extlinux bootloader
with /boot on a regular partition formated ext4 and the rootfs ("/") on a btrfs
subvol?
This is no show stopper if it should work, but it does not work.
It should work, I suspect rootflags= is missing from the kernel param line in
extlinux.conf as it's the kernel's job to mount btrfs rootfs, not the bootloader.
This might be freezeexception worthy.
