Check you updated your spin-kickstarts checkout. The fix was in
fedora-live-base.ks , which now pulls in @fedora-release-nonproduct by
default, so anything including it will get that. The workstation
kickstart pulls in @workstation-product instead.

October. This commit is dated 18 October. Need to push an update out.
