Fetch gnome-packagekit from koji (Fedora Build System) website and use
yum localinstall to install it. You'll get the PackageKit dependencies
plus the corresponding gnome-packagekit.
It works!

You must wait, I think. Better still improve your knowledge of yum and
related plugins :)
In x86-64 Fedora-10, I simply removed kpackagekit and gnome-packagekit
and everything is fine.
