It's possible you just caught a gap where the package had been removed
from updates-testing but had not appeared in the stable updates repo on
your mirror yet.
It's still in updates-testing, since marking it stable in bodhi won't
withdraw it immediately from the repo. Only when the push to stable takes
place, it will be moved.
