Look for the first build of a new -rcX release. E.g.
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=298302
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=300503
Notice the top of the changelog says 'Disable debugging options.' When we flip
the debug options back on, it says 'Reenable debugging options.'

that mean that Beta TC1 will contain a release kernel or it will be only in Final TC1?
According to the QA schedule, the 'Test Beta Candidate' is due on March 22.
I'll try and work with the QA team to ensure the debugging options are disabled
for that candidate (and onwards).
Note that, as per the developer schedule, the 'change deadline' for Beta
- which is the day we put the freeze into place - is March 20. So the
kernel for Beta RCs should be in the repos - i.e. it needs to have gone
to Bodhi, received karma, and been pushed stable - by March 20.
