Your modules don't match the kernel you are running.
Two were listed, and I must have copied the wrong one. However, carefully
pasting in the .234 one was not successful either -
FATAL:
Module /lib/modules/2.6.25_0.234.rc9.git1.fc9.i686/kernel/drivers/net/pcmcia/pcnet_cs.o
not found.
Using pcnet_cs.ko brings the same result.
