It's not true that nobody cares, there are people working on the bug.
Rawhide tests have been booting for several days but running into

fixed soon.
Alternatively, make all 32bit tests depend on `install_default` test
so they
will not get scheduled if `install_default` fails.
That's not a terrible idea, but I'm not sure it's really necessary,
especially with the new worker capacity...maybe we can let it slide a
bit longer? I'll ask in the bug whether they know what made it work
again in Rawhide and get it backported to F24.
