Supporting GPT is easy, as adding support for another partition type is
relatively simple. Supporting EFI is somewhat more complicated, as you're
changing the entire BIOS interface.
I was told that EFI has BIOS emulation support. If this is the case,
then wouldn't that be sufficient for Grub2 to use until the full EFI
port was complete and usable?
