Well, it's not actually the installer. memtestx86 is a completely
standalone thing which we just put on the images, with a boot menu
option: if you pick it, nothing Fedora-ish at all actually runs.
Perhaps:
"All release media must include a standalone memory test utility. A
boot
menu option to launch this utility must be present and must work
correctly."
I agree with that, my fault. So I propose new final criterion:
"All release media must include a standalone memory test utility. A boot menu option
to launch this utility must be present and must work correctly."
