I'm not sure what the best solution is. If you don't really need
kde-l10n-Arabic, you can remove it of course, but if you need it, I don't
have
a good solution because this is simply not available anymore in KDE 4.1.0
and
4.1.1 (because the translation team wasn't able to update the translation in
time).
Or, sillier option but more straightforward: provide a nearly-empty
update (just the directories and no files, perhaps, or at a pinch edit
to remove obviously out-of-date translations?)
