Actually, I just asked on the devel-list about rc.local, as there is no
"local" initscript that is used now with upstart. So that file isn't
called up from what I can see. Waiting to hear a response on that very
file/program.
If you are mucking around with /etc/resolv.conf, make sure you
restorecon /etc/resolv.conf to fix the context when you are done,
otherwise the next time NetworkManager or dhcp tries to write it, they
will fail.
