Obviously it's a broken dependency. A new version of tcl/tk has been
introduced into the repository and several packages that depend on it
needs to be modified and rebuild.

I hope that at least scribus can be rebuilt in a short time, otherwise
I have to use Windows' version to prepare holidays's leaflets :-) , as
I am running only rawhide and holidays cannot wait :-)
