It's required by other DEs that still uses systray aka new Plasma 5 (default
from Fedora 22).

So when app is not built with indicators support, it's a bug as it affects other
DEs in Fedora (and one release blocking desktop - it could even be blocker when
some crucial functionality of an app is affected in default installation).

because "alligator3" is installed.
