Thank you for testing!
I downloaded Fedora 30 Workstation Live 20190415.n.2. The ISO check sum
passed. I burned the ISO to DVD and the DVD check sum passed. I used the
DVD to boot my test system (Lenovo M58P with E8400 processor) and the
system booted fine. The media check ran and passed. Anaconda started and
the options for Delete All and Reclaim space were selected for the disk
drive. The Installation ran with no apparent errors and and at the end I
Quit Anaconda and restarted the PC, removing the DVD so the restart
would boot to the fresh install on the hard drive. THe system booted and
Gnome started, but not in a useful state. RHBZ # 1699099 still applies.
Have a Great Day!
