I see that Rex already has that covered.

extragear-plasma will be submitted for review next week (I think).
The most work will be to get the current specs for the kde4 packages in a
state that we could submit them to cvs. This will happen next week.
Until this happens you could have a look at the status page [1] and make notes
to the specs (or test them locally. RPMs for F8 are linked there). Or you
could join us in #fedora-kde next week to help discussing them.
But the most work will happen when KDE4 arrives in Rawhide. As Jeremy said: A
Rawhide-KDE4-LiveCD will be provided then asap.
