Much. When you drag it into k3b, k3b says there is 6.1Mb free - tight,

/ has 25Gb free, /tmp is only 5.6Mb in size, so there should be a lot of
room to play with.
I have a feeling it is a mkisofs problem as if I try to just generate
the iso image, the resulting file is 628K in size!
Anyway, it's in bugzilla now :-)
Or growisofs which is part of different package.
