But why are we now having problems not evident with the FC 1 kernels?
Possible candidates:
Random chance memory layouts (if you dont have the PS/2 mouse)
ACPI is now being used (try acpi=off)
Kernel bugs
Hardware aging (is FC1 still stable ?)
