Yeah I done an update today through the update Icon. Also done one through
YUM. I also tried re-installing ALSA and disabling my on-board card via
BIOS.

Have you already done all updates? There was a new kernel that was
issued yesterday IIRC, for example. The Preview "as-is" is pretty far
behind where we are now.
