Something didn't finish completely, then. Did you run out of disk space,
perchance?
No everything run fine.
I don't know of a way to recover your rpmdb, no.
I have a list of the installed packages in the yum.log file. Someone
suggested me to try with rpm --justdb. I'll see how to do that.
