Very strange. When I attached strace, the cpu cycles used dropped
down to nothing.
odd.
Then, when I stopped pcscd and tried to restart it,
the process won't start up again.
Maybe try rm -f /var/run/pcscd*
I wonder whether strace somehow
caused pcscd to not stop cleanly? I'll file a bug and post with the
bug ID. Should I CC you inside the bug report?
