So this looks like that your swap is already active and something
attempts to turn it on once again with the same device. I have no idea why
but you may try to dig around your system to find reasons. No, I do not
have ready recipes how to proceed.
That is what Chris was thinking and pointing me to common bugs. So will
be digging into it.

A typo. It was supposed to be 'blkid' (and you could/should notice
that). You still likely want to check that UUID.
Too many commands. And no manpage for blkid.
