There's never anything interesting in Xorg.0.log after these hangs
unfortunately. Is there no extra debugging that could be turned on in
the driver or kernel for these cases?
You can use the -logverbose parameter for X (see man Xorg). Not sure if
there's a way to increase the verbosity of the intel driver kernel
module, though.
