Addendum: I did the query for proposed common bugs

and while there are definitely good-faith proposals there, there also seem
to be at least _some_ cases where someone has a bug that is important and
urgent to them and therefore they have set a bunch of random keywords
because they can.
Yeah, it happens occasionally. It's a two second fix, though. :D
