This should have been the case already for Fedora 22 as well. Did it
work
there and something (recently) regressed or am I missing something?

esktop has checks in all the ARM KDE desktop tests from pwhalen. And
that's all I know, as I never can get any of my ARM devices to actually
work well enough to test anything reliably.
