B/W I tried SOAPpy and it is able to get that complex type the only thing is that SOAPpy does not support Document/Literal whereas SUDS does.

Otherwise, from the initial look of it, you might need to send it a python dateTime object instead of giving it a date string. dateTime types are handled with real python objects....

Unfortunately you can't hit the WSDL. I do not think datetime is an issue here. How about xsd:extension elements in the complex type. Do you think that could be causing it.
Is there any other information that I can send, some sort of tracing info that would help in detecting the cause of it?

B/W I tried SOAPpy and it is able to get that complex type the
only
thing is that SOAPpy does not support Document/Literal whereas
SUDS
does.
