No. pmix is not orphaned, but munge is. I checked upstream and the last
release is over 2 years old, but the last commit at github is from May
this year, so it looks like upstream is still alive. I don't have time
to take up yet another package, though.

Sure---if everyone is aboard this plan (Cc'd orion, who is the owner of
the group), how should we do this? There's a FAS group for scitech
already. Is this being used for anything currently? If not, we can
clean this out and request that it be converted to a packager group.
