I just submitted an update of poetry to 1.1.5 and python-poetry-core to 1.0.2 in rawhide [0].
You can find the changelog here [1], since there are just bugfixes and no breaking changes I plan to update it as well in Fedora 34. Please, let me know if there is a reason to not to do it.

I haven't found any reason not to update. This seems like a bugfix only release and it does not break any Fedora packages either.
