I've reorganized the table of packages on:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Features/Python3F13
to group them by status, since I was getting lost trying to keep track
of what needed doing.
I find it much more readable than before (I hope it's not just me).
Eventually these tables should be moved to a page below our SIG page,
but I think we should keep them on the feature page for now, as lots of
people will be browsing them in the run-up to the release of F13, and
they're a good demonstration of the work we did.
The high-value remaining tasks are here:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Features/Python3F13#Python_3_code_not_yet_in…
in that these are the packages for which upstream has already ported the
code to Python 3; we just need to get it packaged.
There are a few tasks here where I need help - if anyone here can help
do a package review, please could you look at:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=579593 : Review Request:
python3-cherrypy
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=579280 : Review Request:
python3-postgresql
(I'm not sure of the naming for this one)
There are some other bugs there involving adding python3 subpackages to
builds; if you're a comaintainer of one of the following, please have a
look at the bugs:
python-docutils:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=579567
python-ply:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=579290
python-pygments:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=537244
Plus there are some other bugs in that table that could do with another
pair of eyes.
There's also mod_wsgi; I hope to have a look at that tomorrow, but help
would be most welcome.
Thanks; hope this is sane
Dave
