Thanks Ben, you have allowed for 2 copies of the license file in some

your Python packaging reviews. I do not know if this is documented anywhere?
In this case it would seem to make sense since Python will want metadata
information, but regular packaging places the license file in a different
location. Is an exception required?
Explictly say %license files don't need to be relative (installed in
/usr/share/licenses)
