The package names themselves conflict with some of the KDE packages.

think there are file conflicts. Trying to check.
There are six libarrow plasma-* packages: plasma-devel, plasma-glib-devel,
plasma-glib-doc, plasma-glib-libs, plasma-libs, and plasma-store-server.
There are no rpm package files in any Fedora repo from F35 on with those names.
E.g.
https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/development/rawhide/Everyth...
for one.
None of the 55 plasma-* rpms in Fedora 35 has a 'provides' for those names.
dnf search and repoquery do not return any rpm with those names.
Where you are seeing (kde) rpm files with the these names?
