Does conky uses directly the glib functions? If not, it is better
to have glib-devel as an indirect dependency through audacious-devel.
Thus if audacious stops using the glib, conky wouldn't need to be modified.
If glib-devel is a direct dependency of conky it would be better to
list it in buildrequires, but it doesn't seems to be the case since
conky itself don't include the glib headers (unless I am missing
something).
Yes, conky uses glib directly in audacious.c, i.e. #include <glib.h>.
The audacious status interface allocates gchar * strings that must be
freed by the client with g_free() -- song titles, etc.
