You should/must use the "%mvn_install" macro

e.g. %mvn_install -J build/sdk/docs/api

configure the proper JARs install location.
I will look into %mvn_file and %mvn_install, are you sure that these macros are
the best to use for openjfx, since most of the files are going to be installed
to /usr/lib/jvm/openjfx (no files in /usr/share/java/)
