Also, 2 quick pointers that could make your life a lot easier:
1. Set `Release: %autorelease` instead of the current `Release: 1%{?dist}`
2. Set:
```
%changelog
%autochangelog
```
This should work on Fedora 35 and newer. It will generate the release tag and
changelog entries from the git logs for the spec file.

The spec file looks pretty good at first glance but running the `fedora-review`
tool could point out any non-trivial issues.
