I got a response from upstream. Basically the few files that were from
qt-examples the developer needed to make some modifications. Regarding the
files from qxtlib-devel, those were also modified. Additionally, qxtlib is
no longer maintained and that project recommends you don't include the
entire library, but rather just take and modify what you need.

I'm also thinking that qt-examples is meant to be also used in that manner.
Just to check I did:
dnf repoquery --whatrequires qt-examples
It returned no packages.
Just for grins I did the same with ligqxt-devel... same thing, it returned
no packages.
That said, I don't think this is an issue. Do you agree?

Those files should be removed before to compile because bundled.
In particular, header files in ./qt and in ./qtx are already packaged in Fedora
(respectively in qt*-examples and libqxt-devel).
