Description: I wrote a script to change the radeon power settings on boot, so
my fans won't go into high speed. The script currently sets the card into low
power, but I can make it try to read a file from /etc/ if that's desirable.
A couple of blog posts describe how to do this manually, so I think the script
would be useful.

I'm enjoying Fedora, and I hope I can contribute to it. Thank you for taking
the time to review this, and I look forward to your feedback!
