You should *really* split this package, as justified here:

The gtk2/gtk3/metacity theme can be used independently each other, and outside
GNOME.
You should also rename your SRPM name, as explained here:

I agree, you split the gtk parts up in sub packages and let the gnome3 theme
require them, then it will be possible to use them outside gnome
