Note: Arch-ed rpms have a total of 19875840 bytes in /usr/share
sympa-6.2.44-1.fc31.x86_64.rpm:19875840
19 MB is the unpacked size. The binary rpm itself is only 3.5 MB.
This guideline is intended to save disk space on mirrors, so is that really
worth the trouble ?
