Yeah, I found it a little weird at first, but actually I think it's OK and
the build works for all versions. I think we could get the same result by
depending on llvm == 3.3 || llvm3.3.
Now it would be good to understand why it doesn't work for EPEL6.
julia depends on fftw > 3.4 which requires gcc > 4.6 to get built. Also pcre is
too old in el6, same goes for suitesparse.
For epel6 the only way I can think of is to distribute archive with pre-built
Julia, like for Windows.
