6) I checked by removing manually added %attr in %files for all /usr/libexec
files. rpmlint gave me this

7) I am sorry I actually worked twice composing my previous review, please
ignore point 7, looks some copy/paste issue form my own review file. Generally
mv should not be used but install command but in this package case mv is
correct command.
